All loan submissions are directed exclusively to licensed institutional lending partners who are themselves licensed, registered, and in good standing in the states where they originate loans. Summit Coast Capital does not make, fund, or service loans directly. All financing is originated, underwritten, and closed by our institutional lending partners in accordance with their respective state and federal licensing obligations.
Summit Coast Capital operates under applicable exemptions for business-purpose commercial lending activity in Colorado. All loans facilitated through this platform are business-purpose loans made to business entities for investment and commercial purposes, and are therefore exempt from consumer lending licensing requirements under the federal SAFE Act and applicable Colorado statutes.
